Return Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Simply, we will never sell your personal information to 3rd party organizations. Any information that we collect about you is used to do business directly with you… and only you. It is stored, where applicable, for that purpose only on our secure information systems.
Photography Proofing and Albums:
Basic information will be posted online, regarding photography albums so that our clients can find them. For example, “Smith Family” will be published on our proofing service hosting website, accessible by either an assigned unique password or a required email address.

Items that are in their original packaging, with original tags in new, unused, unwashed and undamaged condition can be returned within 30 days. Custom items that are requested, designed and made specifically for our clients are not returnable. If there is a manufacturers defect, an error caused by us or if an item is damaged during shipment, please reach out to us for assistance.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the client returning the item, and shipping is not refundable. Once we receive the item in new, unaltered condition, as mentioned above, we will process the return and credit the original payment method. Please allow up to 30 business days, due to transit and processing time. We will not be responsible for incorrect shipping practices or if the item is damaged or lost during return shipping. If we do not receive the returned item(s), a credit will not be issued.
Photography services, prints and any other custom items requested by our clients are not returnable. We will work with our clients to provide replacements if the items are received not as expected, or if there was an error due to manufacturer or print services.
